Although pickup at the warehouses are not available, we do offer pickup at Fedex print and ship centers. Tires are shipped from warehouses across the country.
We are able to offer great pricing by not having the same overhead as a brick and mortar location.

Tracking info says delivered, but I don’t see my package.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it within 48 hours of expected delivery. Please follow the below steps:
- Verify the shipping address on your order.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location for your package.
- See if someone else accepted the delivery, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so.
- Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check other areas where you could receive mail.
- If after 48 hours you did not receive your delivery please speak to a Tire Agent representative.

Tire Agent offers road hazard protection for purchase on all tires or wheels during the check-out process. Our road hazard tire protection is backed by Allstate® and covers your tires from any road hazard event for 12 or 24 months from the date of purchase based on the protection plan you purchased. For Allstate Road Hazard Tire Protection and manufacturer warranty claims, please fill out the warranty form and a Tire Agent representative will reach out to you within 2 business days to assist with your warranty claim. https://www.tireagent.com/warranties
For customers who have purchased wheel protection through Extend, please file a claim through the Extend Customer Claims Portal or by contacting Extend’s Customer Care Team at 877-248-7707.

What device is needed to program the TPMS sensors?
You can program the TPMS sensors using your smartphone, a tablet, or a TPMS scan tool. If using a scan tool, ATEQ is the most compatible option. Select "U-Pro 2.5" when performing the relearn process.
Where will my TPMS sensors be shipped?
Your TPMS sensors will be shipped to your home, even if you selected a tire shop for installation. This allows you to program the sensors in advance using your phone, ensuring they are ready before your appointment. Pre-programming helps avoid any delays during installation.
Do the TPMS sensors come preprogrammed?
Yes, TPMS sensors from Tire Agent come pre-programmed for your specific vehicle. However, if you did not enter your vehicle details (including trim) at checkout, the sensors may be shipped unprogrammed and will require programming before installation.
What if my sensors arrive unprogrammed?
If your sensors arrive unprogrammed, they must be programmed using the Hamaton Mobile App from your mobile device or a scan tool before installation.
- Hamaton Mobile App – Available on Apple Store and Google Play.
- Scan Tools – Hamaton sensors work with most major scan tools, with ATEQ being the most compatible. Select "U-Pro 2.5" when performing the relearn process.
When should I program the sensors?
Since the sensors are shipped to your home, we recommend:
- ✅ Downloading the Hamaton Mobile App before your installation appointment.
- ✅ Programming the sensors before heading to the shop to prevent delays.
This ensures a smooth process and helps avoid any installation issues.

Download the Hamaton NFC app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Select Choose Vehicle
- Select USA/CAN at the top of middle of country selection
- Select Choose Make, Model, Year
- Hold the sensor flat against the back of your phone in the designated NFC location
- Select Configure Sensor while holding the sensor in the designated NFC location
- Hold sensor to phone until you get a checkmark saying success
